Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Bancassurance within a reputed life insurance company.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote life insurance products to corporate and individual bank customers.
• Drive sales through partner bank branches and achieve assigned bancassurance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within DTAP Operations.
• Provide customers with suitable life insurance solutions based on their financial needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking procedures, and regulatory requirements.
