This role involves coordinating shop renovation projects, supporting new store openings, and working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of merchandising initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandising setups for new shop openings and expansions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across sales areas
• Manage display setups including racks, furniture, and product presentation 🛒
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for projects
• Handle warehouse and contractor deliveries related to merchandising
• Liaise with treasury and suppliers for payments and documentation
• Manage budgets and ensure proper utilization of allocated funds 💰
• Support project timelines, BOQs, documentation, and completion

🎓 Requirements

• GCE O/L & A/L or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years experience in visual merchandising or retail sales roles
• Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising standards
• Experience in shop revamping or merchandising projects (advantage)
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders 🤝
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
