Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, or sales assistant roles.
• Good understanding of retail business operations and visual merchandising standards.
• Experience in shop revamping, merchandising projects, or retail store renovations will be an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandising arrangements for new shop openings, renovations, and expansion projects.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across assigned sales areas in accordance with company guidelines.
• Manage merchandising requirements, including display racks, furniture, product presentation, and store layouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful completion of merchandising projects.
• Oversee warehouse and contractor deliveries related to merchandising activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and the finance team regarding payments and project documentation.
• Manage allocated budgets efficiently while ensuring cost-effective project execution.
• Support project planning, BOQs, documentation, and timely completion of assigned merchandising initiatives.
