Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Pre Sales, Technical Sales, or Solution Engineering, preferably within the IT hardware or computer channel industry.
• Professional certifications from Dell Technologies or other leading OEMs will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer relationship management and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Dell commercial solutions, including laptops, desktops, workstations, and monitors.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and solution architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Ensure all technical submissions are accurate, compliant, and meet customer expectations.
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of proposed solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dell Technologies products and industry trends.
• Assist in responding to tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and technical evaluations.
• Contribute to achieving business growth by delivering high-quality technical solutions and customer support.
