Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business development and marketing strategies for the Eye Centre & LASIK Centre. The role requires strong communication, relationship management, and healthcare marketing skills to support organizational growth and patient engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for the Eye Centre & LASIK Centre.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral channels.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and awareness programs related to eye care services.
• Monitor patient trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and departmental performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for promotional activities and campaigns.
• Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and business performance analysis.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in:
  • Marketing
  • Business Management
  • Healthcare Management
  • Related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or marketing within the healthcare sector.
• Experience related to Eye Care, Ophthalmology, LASIK, or Optical services will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and reporting.
