Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Overlooking the entire branch operation process, including cash and gold loan operations
• Acting as the authorizing and verification officer for operational activities
• Verifying files and ensuring all relevant documents and payment instructions are available
• Handling regulatory matters related to:
  • Revised Leasing Act
  • Consumer Credit Act
  • CBSL guidelines
  • Customer due diligence
  • Risk profiling and onboarding
• Ensuring compliance with company audit and risk guidelines
• Performing additional operational duties assigned by management

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Professional qualification in:
  • Banking
  • Finance
  • Administration

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in:
  • Banking sector branch operations
  • Finance company operations
