Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Verifying collection of insurance, document charges, and advance rentals
• Ensuring all required documents and payments are completed before file activation
• Reviewing and confirming approval conditions for security documents
• Preparing agreements and related documentation accurately and on time
• Maintaining and updating reports and registers related to security confirmations
• Recording pending CR details in the system and attaching transferred CR books to security packets
• Performing additional operational duties assigned by management

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
