Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning or Software Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS and Weaviate.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
• Familiarity with SQL databases.
• Basic knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
• Basic familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Node.js or NestJS.
• Understanding of Git version control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications.
• Build and integrate LLM-based applications.
• Develop agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines.
• Process and prepare structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate AI services with existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance.
• Participate in software testing and code reviews.
• Support deployment and implementation of AI solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI and automation solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Understanding of RAG architectures and implementation.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with vector databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
• Basic understanding of modern web technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js or NestJS.
• Knowledge of Git and version control practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies.
