We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Business Development to promote Meguiar’s, one of the world’s leading automotive detailing brands. If you are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and the automotive industry, we invite you to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence for Meguiar’s products.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Build strong relationships with workshops, dealers, and key business partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to increase market penetration.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar business development or sales role (automotive industry experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
• Valid Sri Lankan driving licence.
