Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group-wide corporate communication and branding strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage Group branding, corporate identity, and communication standards across subsidiaries and sectors.
• Lead media relations, public relations, crisis communication, and reputation management initiatives.
• Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent messaging, employee engagement, and leadership alignment.
• Act as the key communication advisor to the Board and senior leadership on sensitive and strategic matters.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and business units to ensure integrated and consistent communication.
• Oversee the corporate website, SEO, and social media ecosystem to drive global engagement.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries to align Group branding, marketing, and communication plans while maintaining their individual branding strategies.
• Lead the rollout, communication, and stakeholder engagement of the Group’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programme across all businesses.
• Lead and develop the Corporate Communications team and external agencies.
• Lead the production of corporate videos and infographics and maintain the Group’s Brand & Communications Handbook.
