Job Overview

Lankem Ceylon PLC is seeking a well-experienced individual for the position of Production Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer manufacturing plant in Oyamaduwa, Anuradhapura.

Position Details

The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing factory production operations and ensuring smooth production output while maintaining compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards and industry regulations.

Lankem Ceylon PLC operates the fertilizer manufacturing facility through Lankem Minerals and is seeking candidates interested in developing their careers within a modern fertilizer manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing Management from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of inventory management software.
• Hands-on experience in SAP will be a definite advantage.
• Must be willing to reside close to the plant site.

• Manage and supervise production operations.
• Oversee inventory control.
• Manage labour requirements related to production.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with required safety standards.
• Ensure production operations comply with relevant industry regulations.

• Strong MS Excel and Word skills.
