Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or recognized professional qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification will be a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive senior management experience in the renewable energy, power, electrical engineering, or EPC sector.
• Proven track record in leading both marketing and technical functions.
• Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Overseas exposure or experience in renewable energy markets will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Sales, Technical, and After-Sales Service functions to achieve corporate objectives.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with customers, consultants, developers, utilities, principals, and other stakeholders.
• Lead engineering, project delivery, technical support, and after-sales service operations while ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to Heads of Sales, Marketing, Technical, and After-Sales Service.
• Support the preparation and review of technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions, contract negotiations, and major project bids.
• Manage departmental budgets, business performance, profitability, and the achievement of strategic business objectives.
• Drive overseas business development and support regional expansion initiatives.
• Champion innovation, digital transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Report business performance and strategic initiatives to the Chief Operating Officer and the Board of Directors.
