Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on the timely processing of inbound and outbound materials.
• Oversee Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Goods Dispatch Notes (GDN) for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Engineering items while ensuring accurate data entry into the SAP system.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy by verifying physical stock against system records and conducting regular cycle counts.
• Monitor FIFO, FEFO, inventory ageing, and pest control activities.
• Oversee Reorder Level (ROL) management and ensure timely Purchase Requisition (PR) placement.
• Conduct regular inspections of protection measures, material handling practices, and machinery conditions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health, and workplace safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and warehouse operations.
