Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience in NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept customer bookings and coordinate space reservations and container release orders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations and industry requirements.
• Coordinate with agents, service providers, customers, and internal teams to streamline import and export customer service processes.
• Track and trace shipments while providing customers with regular shipment status reports.
• Follow up on payments to service providers and agents to ensure timely settlements.
• Provide end-to-end customer support throughout the shipping process.
• Ensure timely delivery of invoices and follow up on outstanding debtor payments.
• Participate in process development initiatives and provide customized logistics solutions to meet customer requirements.
