Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management, or logistics solutions selling.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
• Experience in warehouse solutions, contract logistics, supply chain management, or 3PL operations will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious business growth targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s warehouse management and 3PL business portfolio.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across industries including FMCG, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, and e-commerce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver logistics solution proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify business growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to design customized warehousing and supply chain solutions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable customer contracts.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and prepare accurate business forecasts and reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business development initiatives.
