Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience based on the position applied for:

Manager – Business Development (Investments)

• 5–8 years of experience at Assistant Manager or Senior Executive level.
• Experience in Business Development related to Fixed Deposits (FD), Investments, or Islamic Finance.
• Experience in a bank, non-banking financial institution, investment company, or insurance company.

Assistant Manager – Business Development (Investments)

• 2–5 years of experience at Executive or Senior Executive level.
• Experience in Business Development related to Fixed Deposits (FD), Investments, or Islamic Finance.
• Experience in a bank, non-banking financial institution, investment company, or insurance company.

Senior Executive / Executive – Business Development (Investments)

• 1–2 years of experience at Executive or Associate level.
• Experience in Business Development related to Fixed Deposits (FD), Investments, or Islamic Finance.
• Experience in a bank, non-banking financial institution, investment company, or insurance company.

Qualifications for All Positions

• Degree or full/part professional qualifications in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new investment business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
• Promote investment and financial products to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the investment process.

• Maintain accurate client records and business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
