Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in pants manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and quality standards for woven bottoms.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
• Thorough understanding of AQL, SOPs, and international quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM, and WEB PDM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage factory QA operations, including fabric and trim inspections, pre-production meetings, in-line inspections, and final inspections for pants production.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications, customer requirements, AQL standards, and quality procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance team while coordinating effectively with Production and other departments.
• Identify recurring quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Sourcing, Fabric, and Production teams to ensure quality from raw materials to finished garments.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and approval records before submission to Merchandising.
• Conduct technical training sessions on SOPs, quality standards, and best practices.
