Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in piling, deep foundation, or geotechnical construction projects.
• At least 7 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Proven ability to manage construction site operations, subcontractors, equipment, and workforce.
• Strong understanding of piling and foundation construction methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver project milestones within strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction reporting systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily piling and foundation construction activities.
• Manage overall site operations to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Ensure piling and foundation works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review site progress reports and construction documentation.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to minimize project delays.
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
