Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA, or AAT Passed Finalist status.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably within the Retail or FMCG sector.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales reconciliations and financial transaction processing.
• Handle cash and voucher reconciliation processes.
• Prepare financial reports and support financial reporting activities.
• Verify supplier payments and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Support statutory compliance and finance operations.
• Coordinate with outlet teams, suppliers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure efficient finance operations while meeting reporting deadlines.
