Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification (partially or fully completed) in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, debtor management, and distribution operations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the effective management of regional distribution operations.
• Ensure efficient inventory control and warehouse management.
• Oversee sales administration and debtor management activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) Manager to optimize operational performance.
• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain workplace safety, security, and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and support operational staff to achieve performance objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to operational excellence and customer service objectives.
