Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drilling and piling rig operations.
• Proven experience operating BG machines or piling rigs for foundation or civil construction projects.
• Good knowledge of bored piling procedures, rig functions, machine controls, and site safety practices.
• Ability to identify operational issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolutions.
• Familiarity with routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction site team.
• Willingness to work at project sites based on operational requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety, discipline, and responsible machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate BG piling rigs and related drilling equipment for bored piling and foundation works.
• Perform rig setup, positioning, drilling, boring, and piling activities according to project requirements.
• Inspect machinery before operation and report mechanical faults, safety issues, or maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, surveyors, and construction crews to ensure accurate piling execution.
• Monitor drilling depth, alignment, verticality, soil conditions, and pile boring progress.
• Safely handle casings, augers, buckets, and other piling accessories.
• Maintain daily operational records, machine checklists, fuel usage records, and work progress reports.
• Follow all site safety procedures, company policies, and operating instructions.
• Support routine maintenance, cleaning, and proper care of piling equipment.
• Complete piling activities within project schedules while maintaining quality and site discipline.
