Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Information Technology, Networking & Hardware, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Experience with server operating systems and desktop operating systems.
• Knowledge of server storage systems and backup solutions.
• Exposure to email systems and antivirus solutions.
• Exposure to mobile operating systems will be an added advantage.
• Microsoft certification in one or more Microsoft technologies will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work extended hours when required.
• Residence near Colombo will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networking, and related IT issues.
• Provide IT support across hospital premises and franchise centers.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Configure user accounts and application settings for business systems.
• Support server storage infrastructure and backup operations.
• Maintain structured cabling and network connectivity.
• Install and maintain required software applications.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and records of repairs.
• Document IT support activities and technical procedures.
• Ensure reliable operation of business applications and IT infrastructure.
