Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level or an equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or professional course in Store Management, Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Store Assistant, Admin Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and store procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work at construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store inventory, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safekeeping of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Prepare material indent requests and purchase requisitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team for timely material availability.
• Maintain and update stock registers, inventory records, stock reports, and material consumption reports.
• Provide administrative support through document filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Ensure the store and office areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
• Support project operations by ensuring timely availability of materials and documentation.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines while performing daily duties.
