Position Details

The Field Service Executive will coordinate field service operations, assign service requests, monitor technician performance, maintain service records, and ensure timely customer support. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills while being capable of managing multiple service activities efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualifications.
• Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in service coordination, customer service, technical administration, or a similar role.
• Experience in the automotive or two-wheeler industry will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP service management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service activities and technician schedules.
• Assign service requests to field service technicians in a timely manner.
• Monitor field service jobs and follow up until completion.
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, progress updates, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, technician reports, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts.
• Monitor spare parts usage related to field service operations.
• Provide administrative support to field service technicians.
• Assist in route planning and scheduling for field visits.
• Prepare periodic reports on field service activities and service performance.
• Monitor service completion timelines and maintain service quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
