Position Details

The Executive (Leasing Marketing) will support branch business growth by promoting leasing and lending products, expanding the customer portfolio, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate should be target-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in the field.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
• Sound knowledge of leasing and lending products, credit evaluation, business development, and market dynamics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and achieve assigned targets with minimal supervision.
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support branch business growth, profitability, brand visibility, and the efficient execution of leasing and lending operations.
• Execute the company’s leasing and marketing strategies to expand the loans and advances portfolio while achieving assigned KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities through field-based marketing and portfolio development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Adhere to company credit risk parameters and support initiatives to mitigate business risks.
• Contribute to strengthening customer service standards and improving service delivery across operations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
