Position Details

The Operation Assistant | Admin Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations, handling Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, supporting logistics administration, communicating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Diploma in Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and school leavers meeting the qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery operations to ensure timely service.
• Handle Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation accurately and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, branches, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support supervisors in monitoring courier staff and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate insurance-related activities for logistics operations, including documentation, claim tracking, and liaison with insurance providers.
• Ensure timely resolution of delivery incidents and damage claims.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
