The Trainee Customer Experience Associate will serve as the first point of contact for customers by welcoming and assisting walk-in visitors, delivering exceptional customer service, collecting customer feedback, and promoting CDB’s digital banking solutions. Qualifications & Experience

• Age between 19 and 24 years.
• Three (03) passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination.
• Minimum C passes for English and Mathematics at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the banking and finance industry.
