Position Details

The Junior Executive (Deposit Mobilization) will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding the branch deposit portfolio, promoting Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and Savings products, and achieving assigned business targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting branch business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or an equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university or institute.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or sales will be a distinct advantage.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the branch deposit portfolio in line with business targets.
• Drive the growth of Fixed Deposits (FDs), Recurring Deposits (RDs), and Savings products through effective business development initiatives.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers to expand the branch’s deposit base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional and responsive service.
• Achieve assigned business targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote the organization’s deposit products and services within the assigned market to drive business growth.
• Support branch activities and contribute to overall business development initiatives.
