Position Details

The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and training coordination. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to key Human Resource functions while developing professional skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree, professional qualification, or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Human Resources field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and selection process.
• Assist with employee onboarding activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training programmes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Assist with other HR-related projects and activities as assigned.
