Qualifications & Experience

• Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
• Previous experience in marketing leasing and lending products will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• A valid riding or driving licence will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market leasing and lending products to achieve assigned business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through field marketing activities.
• Acquire new customers and expand the company’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate documentation related to loan and leasing processes.
• Conduct market visits and support branch-level marketing initiatives.
• Achieve individual and branch sales objectives.
