Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a credit-related role.
• Full or Part qualification in Banking, Credit Management, or International Trade will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
• Marketing flair with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective customers and provide suitable financial solutions to meet their requirements.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving annual credit targets and branch growth objectives.
• Prepare credit proposals, financial analyses, risk assessments, and other documentation required by the bank.
• Liaise with credit approving authorities to obtain timely approvals.
• Participate in client visits and meetings together with the Branch Manager or Relationship Manager.
• Conduct periodic reviews of revolving and other credit facilities.
• Monitor the branch credit portfolio and provide appropriate solutions for customers facing repayment difficulties.
• Maintain compliance with the bank’s credit policies and regulatory requirements.
