Job Summary

The Associate – Call Centre Operations will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications related to Life and Health Insurance services. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining positive client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to Life and Health Insurance inquiries.
• Follow up on customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints while ensuring excellent service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) with good results.

Essential Skills

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Added Advantages

• Communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends.
