Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination.
• Between 18 and 35 years of age.
• Flexible to work on weekends and shift schedules.
• One (01) to two (02) years of experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Passion for fashion retail and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Promote products and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is well organized.
• Provide accurate product information and styling recommendations.
• Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store objectives.
