Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a Computer Hardware course from a recognized institution.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware and Windows operating systems.
• A motorcycle or scooter with a valid riding license will be an added advantage.
• Passion for building a career in self-service banking devices and field engineering.
• Willingness to travel and provide island-wide technical support when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections, equipment installations, and commissioning.
• Attend equipment breakdowns and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Execute system upgrades, in-house repairs, and special engineering projects.
• Complete preventive maintenance according to customer agreements within target deadlines.
• Maintain accurate service records and update the administration team promptly.
• Provide technical support for ATMs, CRMs, Passbook Printers, desktops, laptops, and related equipment.
• Deliver island-wide customer support while meeting agreed SLA targets.
• Provide hotline technical support and respond to emergency service requests when required.
• Work after office hours, weekends, and public holidays on a roster basis when necessary.
