Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Full or part qualification from a recognized university or professional accounting body such as CIMA, ACCA, or ICASL.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Below 30 years of age.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of computerized accounting packages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Process accounting transactions in compliance with company procedures.
• Perform account reconciliations and verify financial data.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation for accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using accounting software packages.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
