Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Completed the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination with good results.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• School leavers who are eager to start their careers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to branch operations.
• Prepare documents for the Sales Support Division.
• Maintain registers and records related to branch operations.
• Answer inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate branch documentation and filing systems.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
