Job Overview
Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and caring Dormitory Warden (Residential) to supervise and manage the women’s player accommodation facility located at P. Saravanamuttu International Cricket Stadium (P. Sara Stadium). The selected candidate will be required to reside within the dormitory premises and ensure a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for resident players.

Location: P. Saravanamuttu International Cricket Stadium
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the women’s player residential facility on a live-in basis.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to residential rules, safeguarding standards, and organizational policies.
- Provide continuous supervision, guidance, and pastoral care to resident players.
- Maintain a structured, respectful, and supportive living environment conducive to athlete development and well-being.
- Monitor entry, exit, attendance, and movement of residents according to established procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for player welfare matters, concerns, and emergencies.
- Enforce curfews, schedules, and residential regulations as required.
- Coordinate with management regarding maintenance, housekeeping, and facility requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs, incident reports, and daily administrative records.
- Liaise with coaches, team management, and authorized personnel on welfare and residential matters.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure safeguarding and duty-of-care standards are strictly followed at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications in any of the following areas will be considered an advantage:
- Education
- Social Work
- Psychology
- Sports Management
- Related disciplines
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in:
- Hostel management
- Residential supervision
- Education sector roles
- Related fields
Additional Advantages

- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
