Qualifications & Experience

External Applicants

Applicants should:

• Have appeared for the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.

No prior work experience is specifically required, making this position suitable for entry-level candidates.

Age Requirement

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years

The upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the institute hostel.
• Support hostel administration and maintenance activities.
• Help maintain cleanliness and order within hostel premises.
• Assist residents and visitors when required.
• Perform duties assigned by hostel management and administration.

Required Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work responsibly and independently.
• Teamwork and cooperation.
• Basic organizational skills.
• Willingness to support hostel operations and resident services.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Scale

PL1 Salary Scale:

Rs. 40,500 – 10×450 – 7×540 – 15×590 – 62,530

Starting Salary

Rs. 38,488 per month
