Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other equivalent degree recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

AND

• Minimum five (05) years of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field in:
  • A Corporation
  • A Statutory Board
  • A Reputed Institution

Age Requirement

• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial operations of the Council.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Maintain accounting records and ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor income, expenditure, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist with audits and financial reviews.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Financial reporting and budgeting skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Scale

As per Management Services Circular No. 01/2025 dated 25.03.2025 for Category JM 1-1-2025:

Salary Scale:
Rs. 72,650 – 10 × 1,360 – 18 × 2,040 – 122,970

Initial Salary Step:
Rs. 72,650 per month
