Qualifications & Experience

• Suitable educational and professional qualifications related to manufacturing or production management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Flexible Packaging, Corrugated, or Offset Printing related industries will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team player
• Strong communication skills in English
• Computer literacy and familiarity with production documentation systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production plans and achieve departmental production targets
• Maintain required quality standards throughout the production process
• Ensure factory printing wastage is controlled within standard limits
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals
• Continuously evaluate production processes to maximize output efficiency
• Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and SOP requirements
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled preventive maintenance activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process
