Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in branch banking operations
• Full or part professional banking qualification will be a definite advantage
• Good knowledge of branch operations and basic credit processes
• Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work within banking regulations and branch operational guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Handle critical operational activities within the branch
• Authorize banking transactions and oversee clearing processes
• Manage branch cash operations and ensure operational compliance
• Ensure accurate handling of financial transactions according to regulatory guidelines
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support branch operational excellence
• Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations
• Coordinate with branch staff to maintain efficient daily operations
• Support smooth and secure banking processes within the branch environment
