Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Development, Fashion Designing, or a related field.
• Diploma in Graphic Designing will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design or a related field.
• Age below 30 years.
• Good knowledge of footwear products, market segments, and the fashion industry.
• Strong computer literacy with experience using relevant design software and MS Office.
• Residents of Colombo and surrounding suburbs are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative footwear products aligned with market trends.
• Conduct product research and support new product development initiatives.
• Prepare product concepts, design specifications, and presentations.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and merchandising teams during product development.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to develop competitive product designs.
• Utilize design software to create product artwork and technical designs.
• Maintain design documentation and product development records.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company’s product portfolio.
