Samson Rubber Industries (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a results-driven Work Study Executive to support productivity improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations under the DSI Tyres division. The selected candidate will analyze production processes, monitor efficiency metrics, identify operational improvements, and contribute to optimizing plant performance and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, Physical Science, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Work Study from a recognized university or professional institute will be an added advantage
• 2–3 years of experience in a productivity-focused or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings effectively
• Age below 30 years

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze work processes to optimize operational efficiency and standardize operator timings
• Evaluate production constraints and balance output across production lines
• Identify non-value-adding activities and recommend waste reduction initiatives
• Monitor resource consumption, wastage, and reject rates while recommending improvements
• Evaluate worker performance and operational practices to improve productivity
• Support process evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare productivity reports and operational analysis findings
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement process optimization strategies
