Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of quality standards, food safety systems, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in quality audits, compliance management, and QMS implementation
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality control systems, procedures, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the entire production process
• Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits and support QMS requirements
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency
• Conduct and monitor internal audits, customer audits, and supplier audits
• Collaborate with production and operational teams to maintain quality excellence
