Role Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new business leads in target markets
• Generate leads through:
  • Cold calling
  • Networking

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with:
  • Clients

  • Restaurants
  • Hospitals
  • Universities
  • Corporate accounts
• Follow up with customers to ensure:
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Repeat business
• Conduct market research to identify:
  • New business trends
  • Competitor services
  • Customer needs
• Assist in:
  • Sales strategy development
  • Promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with:
  • Branch operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Related field

Experience Requirements

• 03 to 04 years of experience in:
  • Business development
  • Customer service
  • Client relationship management
• Experience in service industries will be an added advantage
