Job Responsibilities

• Develop and modify outerwear patterns using TukaTech
• Ensure accurate fit, grading, and garment construction according to design requirements
• Collaborate with:
  • Designers
  • 3D artists
  • Technical teams
  • Production teams
• Conduct sample evaluations and pattern adjustments
• Maintain pattern accuracy and production documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in outerwear pattern making
  OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel stream or relevant diploma
• Proficiency in:
  • TukaTech Pattern Making Software
• Strong understanding of:
  • Garment fitting
  • Grading
  • Garment construction
• Ability to interpret:
  • Technical packs
  • Designer specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
