Job Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare financial reports and analytical summaries for management

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and explain variances
• Coordinate with department managers to collect budgeting inputs

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor business performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Support preparation of financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist with audits and financial reviews

Ad-hoc Analysis & Projects

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for business initiatives
• Participate in special projects related to financial planning and analysis
• Support mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
  • Financial modeling
  • Pivot tables
  • Advanced formulas
• Experience with:
  • Infor Cloudsuite
  • dEPM
  • Blue Cherry (added advantage)
• Knowledge of:
  • SQL
  • Database querying languages
  • Statistical analysis
  • Data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
