Job Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory data between Scale and Blue Cherry systems to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries related to KDS fees and other accounts
• Review, reconcile, and process 3PL billing statements while resolving discrepancies
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and IT teams to improve reconciliation procedures
• Assist audits by preparing inventory and 3PL transaction documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvements in accounting systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in:
  • Inventory accounting
  • Supply chain-focused finance roles
• Experience with ERP systems, especially:
  • Blue Cherry
  • Scale
• Experience working with:
  • 3PLs
  • Apparel / Retail / Manufacturing sectors
• Knowledge of:
  • Inventory costing
  • Variance analysis
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
