Job Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal design concepts and themes aligned with brand identity and market trends
• Prepare detailed technical sketches, specifications, and patterns for intimate apparel
• Collaborate with designers to convert creative concepts into technical designs
• Conduct garment fittings and make adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort
• Create and maintain accurate technical packages including:
  • Measurements
  • Construction details
  • Fabric specifications
• Communicate with overseas manufacturers and suppliers to ensure correct execution
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot production-related issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve innovation and quality
• Perform pattern-making and fit corrections during online fit sessions with customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Fashion Design
  • Related field
• Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
• Proven experience of 10–15 years as a Technical Designer in Intimates
• Strong leadership experience
• Deep understanding of:
  • Garment construction
  • Fabric properties
  • Manufacturing processes
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
