Role Summary

The selected candidate will oversee the complete fuel supply chain operation while ensuring:

• Timely fuel deliveries
• Inventory optimization
• Regulatory compliance
• Distribution efficiency
• Dealer and transport partner coordination
• Safety and environmental compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fuel supply chain operations and supervise the supply chain team
• Monitor and optimize:
  • Fuel inventory
  • Storage arrangements
  • Discharge planning
  • Shipment processing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Dealers
  • Transport partners
  • Service providers
• Ensure:
  • Reliable supply operations
  • Timely payments
  • Operational continuity
• Manage fuel distribution with focus on:
  • Cost efficiency
  • Safety
  • Regulatory compliance
• Oversee:
  • Order planning
  • Credit management
  • Cash collection processes
  • SAP delivery order placements
• Liaise with:
  • CPSTL
  • Banks
  • IT service providers
• Maintain:
  • Accurate SAP system data
  • Audit trails
  • Operational documentation
• Conduct site visits to:
  • Verify fuel quality
  • Resolve operational deviations
  • Handle customer complaints
• Coordinate with HSEQ teams to ensure compliance with:
  • Health standards
  • Safety standards
  • Environmental regulations

Required Qualifications

• Degree in:
  • Supply Chain
  • Logistics
  • Management
  • Related field
• Qualification in import/export procedures in Sri Lanka will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
  • Supply chain management
  • Logistics management
• Prior experience in:
  • Oil & Gas industry
  • Inventory control
  • Demand forecasting
  • Vendor management
• Minimum 2 years of experience using SAP systems will be an added advantage
