Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that Medfuture’s web platforms and digital systems are:

• Secure
• Stable
• Scalable
• Error-free
• High-performing

The role includes both manual and automated testing across applications, APIs, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Design, develop, and execute:
  • Test plans
  • Test cases
• Perform:
  • Manual testing
  • Automated testing
• Test:
  • Web applications
  • APIs
  • Backend systems
• Identify, document, and track:
  • Bugs
  • Performance issues
• Use issue tracking tools such as:
  • JIRA
• Collaborate with:
  • Developers
  • Product Managers
  • UI/UX Designers
• Conduct:
  • Regression testing
  • Release validation across staging and production environments
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Security standards
  • Performance standards
  • Usability standards
  • Cross-browser compatibility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a Software QA role

Required Technical Skills

• Test management tools
• Automation frameworks such as:
  • Selenium
  • Postman
• Knowledge of:
  • Manual Testing
  • Automated Testing
  • API Testing
  • Regression Testing
• Familiarity with:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • DevOps tools
